Welcome Dani 🤗🧘‍♀️

As some of you know our founder is off to India from November until spring next year.
During this time Jenny will run international retreats in India and Thailand for which you are all very welcome to join in and many of you have already signed up 🌍

In the meantime, while Jenny is away, beautiful will cover both Ashtanga on Wednesdays at 7.30pm and Vinyasa on Thursdays at 7pm classes at so that yogis back at home will get their yoga fix every week ☺️

We are delighted to welcome Dani as a teacher and here is a little bit more about her ❤️

Dani was initially drawn to the physical practise of yoga, but it was the profound mental benefits that kept her showing up and delving deeper. Unlike dance, she found it was a practise without ‘perfection’ as the end goal, and instead, a chance to listen to her body with kindness and find acceptance for what is.

She invites you to use your practise as an opportunity to journey inwards, be present and observe what is happening in the mind and body. Observing with compassion, curiosity, playfulness and embracing that no two practises are the same.

First class with Dani will be an Ashtanga on Wednesday 13th November and you will be able to book for her classes via www.allflowyoga.co.uk booking system very soon 🙏

The way we nourish ourselves matters and food is such a big part of our retreats! 🌱🥗🥦🥑🥰 We love having catering at our day retreats and providing our yogis with food that nourishes their bodies and souls.

Simple, fresh, wholesome plant based food made from what’s fresh, local and in season. And most importantly made with lots of love 💕
