This is a twice-weekly gathering on the beach, where we blend the grounding power of meditation, the restorative energy of saltwater, and the warmth of community. Sea dipping is entirely optional and not included as a requirement of the event; you may choose to paddle, wade, or simply enjoy the view from the shore. The session is designed to provide a safe, supportive space to breathe deeply, reconnect with nature, and restore balance within.
