🌟 Big News – Getting Through to Us Is About to Get Easier! 🌟
From 12th March 2026, we’re introducing EMMA, our new intelligent phone assistant powered by QuantumLoop AI.
📞 What does this mean for you?
• No more engaged tones
• No more long waits on hold
• Your call answered instantly – every time
Just tell EMMA what you need:
✔️ Appointments
✔️ Prescription queries
✔️ Test results
✔️ Administrative requests
✔️ Anything else you’d usually call us about
EMMA will securely record your request and pass it straight to our skilled clinical and administrative team, who will review it and get back to you with the right outcome.
👥 Our reception team is still here for you.
EMMA doesn’t replace our staff – she simply helps us handle every call quickly, improves access, and frees the team to help patients who need more support.
We’ll share more updates over the next week as we get ready to launch.
Thank you for working with us as we improve how you access care.
