In Reiki Level 2, Okuden, we are introduced to the first three sacred symbols. I often notice that students can feel a little hesitant or shy about using them, but the best way to learn is simply to dive in. The symbols are tools, and like any tool, they can only be mastered through regular, creative practice. With Reiki, there is no risk of harm - and the same is true for the symbols. Use them with intention, but remember that Reiki always works for our highest good, not necessarily for a specific outcome.

Yesterday I drew a large Cho Ku Rei in the sand, setting the intention to call my energy back in a balanced and harmonious way.

A deep clean today for my little cauldron 🔥 ahead of the change in the seasons 🍁 🌬️ I’ve got her in a mix of coke, baking powder and vinegar for a really deep scrub. Quite a strange feeling to scrub out all the ashes, dirt, sand, intentions, candle wax, incense, essential oils, charcoal etc.! A deep reset feels very satisfying 🙏 🙏 🙏

Hello, New Moon in Virgo! I don’t know about you, but I feel like I really need this one ♍️

The chaos of the Summer is slowly coming to an end and I feel like it’s a great time to regroup, plan, and start visualising what the rest of 2025 is going to look like. I’ve even got some forms to fill in today! 🙌 Stop putting off the boring necessities, and put your inner Virgo to work - she will make things so much easier for you!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary (elephant) and he bought me the most beautiful leather Ganesha notebook 🥰 a perfect tool for this Virgo, and a great grimoire for removing obstacles 🙏 🙏 🙏
