On the 23rd November, join us for the holidays inside TruGym Thorpe Bay at Green Cactus Cafe for Christmas wreath making. With complimentary bubbles on entry. 6pm-8pm, with only 20 spaces available, so register quick!!🥂🎄

We are open the whole of the summer holidays, so if you are working out in the gym with the family or taking a quick break from parenting duties, we offer eat in and takeaway options on all our food and drinks.

Don’t forget creche services will be available, check with Keighley for availability.
