We ourselves contain up to 60% water! Aiding our vital organs and keeping us feeling "alive". Water has many healing properties, each of us require an individual amount of water daily depending on your weight.

Water benefits;

Carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells
Flushing bacteria from your bladder
Aiding digestion
Preventing constipation
Normalizing blood pressure
Stabilizing the heartbeat
Cushioning joints
Protecting organs and tissues
Regulating body temperature
Maintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance.

What happens if your dehydrated?

Lack of clarity confusion, dry mouth, headaches, loss of oxygen in the body.

Prolonged or repeated bouts of dehydration can cause urinary tract infections, kidney stones and even kidney failure.

Electrolytes — such as potassium and sodium assist carrying electrical signals from cell to cell. If your electrolytes are out of balance, the normal electrical messages can become mixed up, which can lead to involuntary muscle contractions and sometimes to a loss of consciousness.
