We have recently been made aware that the NHS is phasing out the MyGp app & replacing it with the NHS App. We would like to advise all our patients to download the NHS App.

From there you can view your records, any results, order your medications & send us Accurx messages straight from the NHS app to us at reception.

If you have any problems at all, please pop in after 10am Mon-Fri & ask for Lexie. She will be happy to assist with online services 🙂

Notice to all patients.

We are very excited to announce that from 3rd March 2025 the way to book an appointment will change.

All appointment/administration/prescription requests are to be submitted online through our website. You will find a link on the website which will redirect you to Accurx to fill out an online form.
This form will be sent to us and triaged by a doctor and an administrator, and you will be offered an appointment if necessary.

From Monday 3rd March at 7am please visit www.northavenuesurgery.nhs.uk to access the form
The form will be accessible daily between 7am and 12pm.

No access to the internet?
Not to worry! Our phone lines will be open as normal and a receptionist can fill out the form on your behalf over the phone, it will still be sent to be triaged by a clinician, the receptionist will not be able to book an appointment for you over the phone.

Did you know you can contact us without calling?. We have a very effective service called AccuRx. Patients fill in a short form, this then comes straight to us at reception - we then book with a Triage Nurse who will then contact you in due course.
