It doesn't know how to tailor advice to the individual. Some advice can be dangerous, let alone not accounting for someone's medical conditions and medications.
You probably already know (or can guess what I'll say!), that diet advice is best coming from a dietitian. Doctors refer to my team all the time as they often don't feel they can provide the advice and in-depth plans that we can - we're always happy to oblige. Working with your doctor is invaluable to provide the care you need and deserve.
