We're back! Very excited to announce that I'll be holding a new weekly class at the lovely Therapy Life Centre . Some of you may remember this lovely space from my previous weekly classes, and I'm thrilled to be getting back in there 😊 hope to see you there!

Hello again everyone! Hope you’re all keeping safe and sane 💖. This week’s live yoga session is now on my story over on my instagram (elicelouisayoga)! Also just wanted to let you all know that I’ll be doing a session on Monday too, same time ✨. So that’s Mondays and Wednesdays, 5pm QLD/8am UK over on my instagram page 💙. The sessions will stay on my story for 24 hours so you can do them a bit later if that’s better for you! Let me know how you go, namaste ✌🏻

Hey everyone! Sorry I’ve been suuuuuper quiet since coming to Aus, been keeping busy out in the sun 🌞. Just wanted to say that I’m doing weekly live yoga classes over on my instagram page ( ) for anyone who is missing my classes!
They’ll be every Wednesday at 8am UK time/ 5pm QLD time, and a few extra ones throughout the week which I’ll post about as soon as I know! They’ll be available on my story for 24 hours after they’ve finished so don’t worry if you fancy a lie in, you can still get up and join me whenever you’re ready! Hope this is helpful so some of you! Let me know if you have any questions about how to find the lives 😊. Hope you’re all staying safe and positive ✨
