It’s okay to ask for help. 🤍

Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that needing support means we’ve failed, that we should be able to handle everything on our own. But the truth is, reaching out is not a sign of weakness… it’s a sign of self-awareness, courage, and growth.

We all carry thoughts, worries, and questions that we don’t always feel comfortable sharing with friends or family. That’s where coaching can be incredibly powerful. It gives you a safe, impartial space to explore what’s on your mind, without judgment, without pressure, and completely focused on you.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Support can be the very thing that helps you move forward.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I offer a free discovery session so you can see if coaching feels right for you:

If you’ve been awarded Access to Work support, discover why taking your sessions outdoors, walking slowly through nature, can make coaching feel easier, clearer and more effective for neurodivergent and chronically ill brains. Learn how movement, fresh air and gentle pacing help you think, plan and create workplace strategies that actually work in real life. ✨

Today we celebrate the women and girls who have always been curious, analytical, inventive and persistent, even when science spaces weren’t built to include them. This includes neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQ+ women and girls whose contributions have too often been overlooked or erased.

Science thrives on different ways of thinking. When we support access, equity and belonging, we don’t just create fairer systems, we create better science.

Buddha bowls are one of my favourite ways to make food feel supportive rather than overwhelming 🥗

For many neurodivergent people, cooking can be draining, too many steps, decisions, textures, or expectations. Buddha bowls offer a gentler approach: simple components, flexible combinations, and no “right” way to do it. A grain, some protein, a few veggies, and something comforting on top is more than enough.

They work beautifully for low-energy days, sensory needs, and chronic illness pacing too. You can batch-cook parts, use frozen or pre-prepped foods, eat the same bowl for days, or change it slightly depending on what your body can handle. Nourishment without pressure.
