Grief doesn’t follow a rulebook. It arrives in waves, changes shape over time, and touches every family differently. National Grief Awareness Week is a time for our community to come together, acknowledge loss, and remember that no one has to walk this path alone

Visit our Memory Tree

Throughout the week, our Romford office will host a special Memory Tree, a quiet, comforting place to honour someone you miss.

You're warmly invited to:

✨ Write a name or message in memory of a loved one

✨ Hang your tag on our Memory Tree

✨ Take a moment to reflect, breathe, and remember.

If you cannot visit in person, just contact us — we will write and hang a tag on your behalf with the same care and respect.

Light a Candle of Remembrance

On Monday 8 December at 6pm, we invite you to light a candle at home in memory of someone special. A simple act shared by many, helping the whole country shine with love and remembrance.

You are not alone, Grief is love with nowhere to go, until we give it space. Our Memory Tree offers that space: gentle, open, welcoming, and free for anyone who needs it.
