A heartfelt thank you from Redleif Care Essex ❤️

Yesterday, 18th October 2025, we hosted our “Warm Cups – Tea & Cake Natter” community event at our Southchurch Road, Southend On Sea office. It was a lovely afternoon of connection, conversation, and care exactly what our mission is all about.

A very special thank you to Melissa Parfitt, Co-Founder and CEO of Redleif Care Ltd, for travelling down on the 17th and helping make this event such a success. Melissa personally decorated our office and worked with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We were also delighted to be joined by Millie Hazell (Head of Care) and Ami Ioannou (Project Management Specialist), who both played an important role in making the day run smoothly.

Our gratitude also goes to Shelley Southgate, Care Supervisor at Redleif Care Essex, for her continued dedication and hands-on support.

We truly missed our CEO Mr. Robert Fielder, who couldn’t attend due to illness. We’re all wishing him a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming him back soon.

Melissa is now focusing on supporting Redleif Care Essex to continue delivering high-quality care for our local community, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
