To our dear Patients,🙏🏽
As the Holy Evening 💫approaches celebrating the birth of the baby Jesus, or another perspective, hope for mankind, I open my heart that its meaning spread with kindness and humility across the world. 🌏
For me this time of year is as much reflection as celebration. I think of the challenges i and those around ,me including my beautiful patients have faced and are facing.
The flickering candle 🕯️brings light, warmth, vision. It is a symbol of spirits past and present.

I smile to see the laughter and joy children add at this time of year. They are our future and they learn by the examples we set. Let us teach them well in knowledge, compassion, and sustainability.
I’m here this Christmas Eve in the Black Forest, south Germany where I shall shortly offer my respects to my past elders It’s actually snowing and it feels peaceful

I and the team send our love to all of you for your health, you happiness and your families.

Thank you my dear patients 🙏🏽🙏🏽🔆. I was so generously given a variety of tomato plants which have flourished and fruiting prolifically! This is a weeks worth of fruits that I’ve roasted and jarred ready for the winter months. Roasted toms are even healthier than fresh for lycopene which is a polyphenol with strong antioxidant properties that fights chronic inflammation. 🍅🥫🙏🏽🙏🏽✅

Have you ever seen a swallow fallen to the ground, its wings seemingly abandoned? Your heart sinks, doesn’t it? You think it’s sick, injured, perhaps doomed. Your instinct tells you to stay away, not to touch, not to get involved. But you stop for a moment. You observe it better.
Maybe it’s not sick at all. Maybe it just needs a little help. Help that you, with one simple movement, can provide.
Swallows, these acrobats of the sky, are not made to take off from flat surfaces. Their small legs don’t give them the necessary momentum, and their long, elegant wings hit the ground. Imagine a plane trying to take off from the grass, without a runway.
If you see a swallow in this situation, don’t panic. Don’t ignore it. Don’t leave it to the dangers that lurk at ground level – cats, cars, curious children.
Approach carefully. Speak softly, so as not to scare her. Bend down and pick her up gently in your hands. Feel her small, vibrating body, her pulse quickening with fear.
Now, the crucial step. Raise your arms slowly, giving her a launching pad. Don't throw her! You're just lifting her up, giving her the opportunity to feel the wind beneath her wings again.
You'll see the magic. In an instant, her wings will open wide, her agile figure will project into the air, and she will soar towards the sky that is her home. A short, contented chirp, perhaps, will be lost in the distance.
You have become the hero of a small life. You have offered a chance. You have contributed to the fragile balance of nature.
The next time you see a swallow on the ground, remember this story. Don't be afraid to intervene. Don't be afraid to help. Sometimes, a small helping hand can make a huge difference. It can save a life.
And who knows, maybe your gesture will inspire others to look more closely at the world around them, to notice the beauty and vulnerability of small creatures, and to lend a helping hand when needed. Because, after all, aren't we all a bit like swallows, sometimes needing a little nudge to take flight again.

I have a question for my mums and dads !🤔
Often I am seeing babies with feeding issues and tongue tie. If I were to train to become a tongue tie assessor and lactation consultant there is the possibility to significantly support mothers , infants and families with far reaching benefits. There are no males that have been retained to become lactation consultants. I would be the first ! The question is how would you feel with a male assisting breast feeding, ni**le latching etc?
The unique point is I would do this also I. The context of cranial, chiropractic integration.

Happy Sunday 🐾💕⭐️. The sun is up and so I a Dante 🐾. Before a long walk it’s time to get the delish breakkie in. Avocado 🥑with seeds nestled on goats cheese supported by home made raisin and pecan rye wholemeal sourdough. I try and think how many phytonutrients and food groups can I add to my meals. Here I’ve added a touch of date molasses as a sweet lift. Ask yourself each day where can I get my seeds a d nuts in 🤔🫢. That could have added meaning 😂 but I’m keeping it clean… like my food and unlike Dante🐾 when get stuck into our muddy walk. Wishing you a loving weekend ###

Came across this interview which is a wake up call to our government , welfare state and NHS. Japanese nourish and educate their school children with healthy eating objectives planting in the fertile minds of the young bears fruit in adults who shape and fuel a
Nations dreams. By contrast we have no policy against ultra processed foods , sugar , emulsifiers and seed oils. As long as it’s cheap and supports a food , drinks , drug and corporate lobbying industry our population from babies up will out burden any health initiative that is symptom not cause based.

Good morning.
As we embrace the cold 🥶 weather I invite you to think about FAT!
Simply we have good ( BROWN) and not so good fat ( WHITE- the wobbly stuff!).
The brown is close to bones and is stimulated by being cold. It will then burn the white fat to use as energy and generate heat. That’s cool😎!
There is the opportunity to get out and walk in this crisp and bright coldness to actually get healthy. 🚶‍♀️🥾
BE BOLD START COLD and then when you’re warming that’s the white fat turning to heat.

This time of year has its own energy which might be playful or reflective depending on our emotions and memories. With this message we wish you to know YOU are enough and you are loved.

It is in our nature to be joyful when present. The energy one sends out influences the environment, both for yourself and others. Radiate your love and see it reflected back.
