3 things you can do to be and feel healthier:
💧 Drink more water. Keeping hydrated is key for your body to function properly. Water and herbal teas are best for hydration (juices, tea and coffee not as much although coffee is considered as a healthy drink but not from the hydration point of view. I will do a post on this)
🤸🏾♀️ Move more (and by movement It can simply be a short walk, stretching or dancing your kitchen. The aim is to keep mobile)
😴 Sleep. Having enough sleep is a game changer as it impact everything from your mood, energy, food choices as well as your immune system !
