Hi All my name is Liz and I offer beautiful holistic therapies here in Southend on Sea. I am a Reiki Master specialising in both traditional Reiki and also Reiki for the Menopause and Reiki for IVF. I am a Facialist offer relaxing and rejuvenating facials using the power of crystals in the form of crystal rollers, I am also qualified in Microdermabrasion and LED light therapy mask.

Anxiety and stomach problems often go together, we hold a lot of our feelings and anxieties in the stomach area. This can move into feeling nervous with tummy upsets. I know that I can feel stress in my stomach area if I have something coming up that I am worried about.

Unfortunately stress caused by Anxiety depending on how severe it is can lead to all sorts of problems. However, Reiki helps to reduce anxiety, I have seen this many times. I have clients who won't mind me saying that they were unable to leave the house before trying Reiki, who have since started to have their nails done again, met others for social occasions, returned to the gym or started working again.

When we are anxious the flow of energy is disrupted in our body and this is where Reiki comes in because Reiki energy will always go where it is needed and it will work to rebalance the body. Anxiety levels will reduce, during the treatment or after the treatment is complete. You will leave rebalanced and recharged with positive energy ready to move forward in life.

Reiki can also help with IBS and a range of stomach complaints, it can help to calm everything down and improve outcomes for IBS, clients often leave feeling much better either straight after treatment or a couple of days later.

If you need to come with someone for a Reiki session or need me to meet you at the door/by your car if it is your first time and you are anxious I am more then happy to do this.

Hey, I've had a few new followers lately so I thought I would re-introduce myself! 👋

My name is Liz and I offer Healing treatments that are transformational, rebalancing the mind, body and soul. I am a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and a Life Coach. ✨️

I live with my husband and two young children in sunny Southend. I offer treatments in both Southend and Thorpe Bay.

So what is a Reiki Master/Healer?

Someone who acts as a channel to allow energy to flow through to the client.

How are you able to do this?

I have received Reiki Attunements during my Reiki First Degree, Second Degree and at Master level which opened up my energy field so that I can channel the energies through to others. During each attunement I have received, the vibrationary rate of energy has been heightened enabling me to tap into a higher and wider channel of Reiki.

What conditions do you treat and how can you help?

I have treated most conditions and have had some excellent results. Anxiety, Stress, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, ADHD, Backpain, pain in general, Alzheimers, Grief, Jetlag.... However you don't have to have anything wrong to have Reiki you can simply come to enjoy some relaxation. It is great for rebalancing mind, body and soul and giving you a boost in life.✨️

Why Reiki?

Because it's a wonderful treatment and we all deserve to feel good. Taking time for yourself is not a luxury, it's vital for your well-being.

What about Crystal healing?

Crystal healing involves placing crystals on the body to align the body’s energy centres ‘Chakras’ releasing any emotional, mental or spiritual blocks to well-being, this is done alongside Reiki healing.

And Life Coaching?

I find that sometimes things have been released during a Reiki session and with only a few minutes to talk after a session, clients may need longer to talk through things that may have come up during a session so I now offer coaching to continue the conversation.
Life can be a challenge at times and so it can be really helpful to talk things through with someone outside of your immediate circle x

Signs from the other side? ✨️ Do you believe in signs from the other side - from loved ones that have passed away? Since my mum passed a few years ago I am very happy to see any signs from her.

Last weekend 1st March would have been my parents 50th Wedding Anniversay - my father still lives in our family home. That day we had gone for a walk at our local beach as the weather was so nice, we stopped to get some ice lollies. We sat down to have our lollies on one of the benches, as I turned to look at the bench there was a plaque on it in memory of a couple with a surname of 'Jowers.' Please know this is my Maiden name - my Mother's surname, their married name. This surname is also not very common around here so for me this was a wonderful sign of my mum being around us on this special day.✨️
