Each of you has shown up with such love, openness, and spiritual depth. Month after month, we’ve shared laughter, tears, breakthroughs, prayer, and moments that felt touched by something bigger than all of us.

This year, you reminded me what community truly means.
You reminded me of sisterhood.
You reminded me of grace.
And you reminded me how powerful women become when we gather with intention.

As we move into the Christmas season, I just want to say thank you…

✨ Three Spaces Open – Tuesday Evening Women’s Circle ✨from January

Every month, Monday–Thursday of the first week, I host a gentle two-hour pause — a space where women gather to breathe, reconnect, and be held in the company of like-minded souls.

These circles are a soft landing place in a busy world… a moment to step out of the noise and into something deeper. We share, we reflect, we unwind, and we remind ourselves that we don’t have to walk our paths alone.

I now have three places available in my Tuesday evening circle, and if you’ve been feeling the call to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, or to be part of a nurturing community, this might be your invitation.

✨ December — A Month of Deep Magic, Sisterhood & Sacred Endings

December arrives with a softness all its own ❄️✨
A month of reflection, returning home to ourselves, and honouring the light that still lives within us as the year comes full circle.

I’m beginning this month exactly as my heart wants — with a Women’s Circle, gathering in community, grounding our energy, and setting intentions for this sacred season. There’s something so powerful about opening December in sisterhood… it feels like aligning with the deeper rhythm beneath everything.

Then comes a milestone I’ve been manifesting for so long: hosting my very first retreat weekend. A whole journey of healing, connection, nourishing practices, and space for women to truly exhale. Creating and holding this container feels like stepping into a new chapter of my purpose.

Throughout the month I’ll continue offering holistic treatments, energy work, and sessions — supporting others as we all navigate the beauty, emotions, and transformations that winter brings.

And finally, I’ll be closing the year in the most meaningful way: with a Yule Circle.
A moment to honour the return of the light, release what’s ready to fall away, and welcome the energy of a new cycle with open hearts.

December is a bridge — between what has been and what’s yet to come.
And I am so deeply grateful for every woman, every client, every soul who walks this path with me.

As we step into the last week of November, I’ve been reflecting on how quickly this year has moved — and how grateful I am for every person who’s been part of this journey.

There’s something about this time of year… a gentle pause before December arrives with its energy of renewal, celebration, and closure. It’s a moment to look back at what we’ve overcome, what we’ve built, and how far we’ve come — even on the days it didn’t feel like progress.

To my clients: thank you.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for showing up for yourselves.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your growth, your goals, and your momentum.

As we close out November and prepare to welcome December, I hope you give yourself permission to acknowledge your own strength — the small wins, the big steps, and everything in between. You’ve earned every bit of it.

✨ A Heartfelt Christmas Wreath Workshop ✨
Today my home was filled with the most beautiful energy as I welcomed three wonderful ladies to my Christmas wreath workshop. Together we slowed down, crafted with intention, and let the simple joy of creating guide us.

We wove wreaths, made fragrant orange pomanders, shared mince pies, and found ourselves remembering the women who came before us — our ancestors who crafted with their hands, their hearts, and whatever nature offered them. 🌿🍊

It felt like tapping into an old, gentle tradition… a moment of stillness in a busy world.
I’m so grateful for the laughter, the stories, and the connection we created today. ❤️✨

Each month has been a portal of awakening — a gentle unfolding of energy, insight, and connection. Together, we’ve healed, released, and remembered who we are at our core.

Tonight, we completed our final Crown Circle — a moment of reflection, gratitude, and luminous expansion. My heart is full. 💜
