What a thankful morning I’ve had at Greenbank, training their lovely Wellbeing Ambassadors.
Using resources from Mental Health Foundation, we looked at the mental health spectrum, risk factors and protective factors, and helpful phrases (and unhelpful phrases) to use when supporting someone who is experiencing poor mental health.

Our Wellbeing Ambassadors took part in a training session this morning in the library. We looked at ‘The Five Ways to Wellbeing’ and mental health/the mental health spectrum. Thank you to Tina Powsey from Pace Counselling for delivering today.
