Mental Health in the Workplace courses help staff recognise common mental health issues, reduce stigma and support colleagues. Training covers stress, depression, appropriate language, self-care and workplace action plans to promote mental wellbeing.

The Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace is a nationally recognised certification course.

This 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course teaches how to assess casualties, manage emergencies and respond to injuries in remote environments. Covers CPR, AED use, environmental injuries, illness, trauma and rescue. Certification valid for 3 years and approved for outdoor leadership roles.

The outdoor first aid course is designed to introduce a systematic way of first aid for managing casualties. The course operates over 2 days.

Watersports instructors from Hinckley Canoe Club completed a 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course at Stanton Lake. Training covered CPR, AED use, trauma care and drowning response, with realistic scenarios preparing instructors for emergencies on the water.

The Veterans' Foundation and Staffordshire Bushcraft CIC held a 2 day outdoor 1st aid course at their base in the woods in Staffordshire. The course was undertaken outside despite some challenging muddy and wet conditions with all the candidates ging 5/5 for their experience.

Learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) with confidence. This practical course covers scene safety, vital signs, CPR and AED use in line with UK and European Resuscitation guidelines. Certification is valid for 1 year. Ideal for workplaces and community groups.

The AED Training Course is a one day course which covers the use of most common automatic external defibrillators with 1 year certification.
