I’ve been doing a lot of work recently around different parts of ourselves — and how they show up in our day-to-day life.

Because we’re not just one version of us.

Some days we’re:

⚔️ The Warrior — getting everything done, pushing through
🌸 The Princess — feeling emotional, needing support
🧭 The Explorer — craving something more from life
👑 The Queen — grounded, clear, self-led

And often… one of these takes the lead more than the others.

✨ Why You Feel Like There’s “More” to Life ✨

That feeling…

Like there’s something more for you.

More than routine.
More than just getting through the week.
More than living the same cycle over and over.

You can’t always explain it.

But it’s there.

A quiet pull.
A knowing.
A sense that something isn’t quite aligned.

So many women feel this… and think they’re ungrateful or lost.

But you’re not.

That part of you is your Explorer.

The part that’s waking up.
The part that’s ready for something different.
The part that knows you’re not here just to exist… but to feel fulfilled.

The problem is — we often don’t know what to do with that feeling.

So we ignore it.
Push it down.
Carry on.

But it doesn’t go away.

It gets louder.

And eventually… it asks to be listened to.

This is something I’m starting to explore more deeply in my coaching work 🤍

Because that feeling isn’t random.

It’s a starting point.

After every sound bath, I notice the same thing…

People leave feeling calmer.
Lighter.
More themselves again.

And that’s beautiful.

But what’s even more powerful is what happens after that.

When the mind quietens…
When the body softens…

There’s suddenly more clarity.

You can hear yourself again.

And that’s where the deeper work begins.

Because it’s not just about relaxing in the moment…

It’s about understanding yourself.

The parts of you that feel confident and grounded…
And the parts that doubt, overthink or hold back.

That’s why I’ve been bringing more coaching into my work 🤍

✨ A New Layer To My Work ✨

Alongside the sound baths, I’ve been quietly deepening my coaching work over the past few months.

And something I’ve been exploring recently is working with archetypes.

Different parts of ourselves that we all carry within us…

The part that feels powerful and grounded.
The part that feels unsure or holds back.
The part that dreams of more.
The part that keeps us safe.

So often, we think we’re “stuck”…

But really, it’s just different parts of us pulling in different directions.

When we begin to understand those parts, something shifts.

We stop fighting ourselves.
We start listening.
And we begin to move forward in a way that actually feels aligned.

This is something I’m really excited to start bringing more into my coaching work 🧡

Because it creates such a powerful way to reconnect with who you truly are beneath the noise.

✨ Last Night ✨

Last night I held a sound bath for a small group of 7 people… and it was honestly such a beautiful space.

There’s something really powerful about those smaller, more intimate sessions.

You can feel the shift in the room.
The slowing down.
The softening.
That moment where everyone finally exhales.

It’s never about the number of people in the room.

It’s about how safe the space feels.

And that’s always my intention — to create a space where you don’t have to hold everything for a while.

Where your body can settle.
And your mind can finally quieten.

And what I’m reminded of every time is this…

When the nervous system begins to regulate, everything else becomes clearer.

That’s where the deeper work begins.

Not from pushing.
But from a place of calm, clarity and connection.

That’s something I’m starting to bring more into my coaching work too 💜

Supporting women not just to relax… but to reconnect, gain clarity and create real change in their lives.

✨ You Don’t Always Need to Push Through ✨

Something I’ve been reminded of recently…

We’re so used to pushing through.

Carrying on.
Getting things done.
Holding everything together.

I’ve definitely been feeling that myself.

After everything over the last week, I tried to get back to normal quite quickly… but my body clearly had other ideas.

Instead, it’s been holding onto a cold and forcing me to slow down.

And it’s been a reminder that sometimes the body doesn’t need more effort.

It needs a pause.

A moment to breathe.
To soften.
To come back to itself.

This is something I see so often — once the nervous system begins to settle, everything else feels a little clearer.

So if today feels a bit heavy or overwhelming…

Take that as your cue, not to push harder, but to slow down, even just for a few minutes 💜

• You’ve been holding a lot and just getting on with it
• You keep saying “I need to slow down”… but don’t

This isn’t a motivation problem.

It’s often your nervous system asking for a pause.

That’s exactly why I hold sound baths.

Not for performance.
Not for doing things “right”.

But for those moments when your body just needs to lie down, breathe, and finally switch off.

✨ Gently Returning Here ✨

I’ve been a little quiet on here recently.

Last week involved a last minute visit to Spain to visit my dad in hospital and then I came down with a cold which is still lingering.

Sometimes life simply asks us to pause and put our energy where it’s most needed.

It’s been a reminder to practice the same things I often share with others — slowing down, listening to the body, and allowing space to rest and reset.

I’m starting to feel much more myself again now and easing back into things over the next few days.

And I’m really looking forward to holding space again very soon.

If the last couple of weeks have felt a little overwhelming for you too, consider this your gentle reminder to take a breath and be kind to yourself today 💜
