Tonight 6.30pm at CoastguaCoastguard Studios session is designed to offer deep relaxation and a meditative experience through the soothing sounds and vibrations of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. All you need to do is show up, lie back, and let the sounds wash over you🌟

Just received my thunder stick and I love it (as do the cats 😹)

I will be using this, as well as Crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain sticks and the most beautiful gong this Thursday 26th February for my next Luna Spirit Reiki sound bath 🤍
