As we end 2024 we reflect as always over the last 12 months, we ask has this year been a good or bad one and what intentions are (if any) for the next one.

Personally I’ve had a difficult one by two bereavements within my immediate family. While still grieving I also feel it important to acknowledge my feelings and allow myself time to heal ❤️‍🩹

To do this I have decided to revisit this page by empowering others with positivity, inspirational quotes, and an insight into my own personal growth through journaling my goals, gratitude, manifestation, exercise and diet.

I am focusing on being the best version of me by feeling healthy, happy and strong both on the inside and out.

Life throws obstacles our way it’s how we choose to handle these situations and challenges, if we’re not strong both physically and mentally ultimately we will find it harder to cope or manage.

I’d like to wish you a happy, healthy 2025 and invite you to come on this journey with me to be the best version of you.
