Deborah specialises in working with Fears. 'BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific - it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. BWRT® is a highly effective therapy technique which allows you to replace your unwanted responses to situations with new preferred ones. You do this by using visualisation and imagination techniques. All that is required of you is that you have the will to succeed and the ability to focus your mind on what you wish to change. It is a non-hypnosis therapy which has been shown to have remarkable results, sometimes in as little as one session (depending on the issues involved.) Deborah has been working with BWRT for 5 years and is a Level 3 qualified BWRT® Practitioner. She is also a Member of the British Brainworking Research Society and the Terence Watts BWRT Institiute.
