Recovery isn’t laziness - It’s strategy.
It’s where strength, balance, and progress actually happen.

Even when you feel self-conscious, tired, or unsure. The moment you walk in, you’ve already won half the battle.

2️⃣ Focus on what you can do.
Forget perfect form, forget who’s watching — just do your best. Each rep builds competence, and competence = confidence.

👑 You’re probably not eating enough protein — and it’s holding you back.

Here’s why 👇

Most women underestimate how much protein they actually need.
The general RDA (0.8 g per kg bodyweight) only prevents deficiency — it’s not enough to change your body composition or support recovery if you train.

👉 For active women, research shows the sweet spot is 1.4–2.0 g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day.

Here’s what that does for your body:
💪 Builds lean muscle – stimulates muscle protein synthesis, helping shape and tone.
🔥 Boosts metabolism – protein has the highest thermic effect (your body burns more calories digesting it).
🥚 Improves satiety – helps regulate hunger hormones (GLP-1, PYY) and keeps you full for longer.
💫 Supports recovery and hormone function – amino acids are the building blocks of enzymes, tissues, and hormones that keep your body balanced.

If your meals are mostly carbs and veg with just a token bit of protein… you’re leaving results on the table.

Try this:
✅ Include a quality protein source in every meal (eggs, Greek yogurt, chicken, tofu, protein oats, fish, or shakes).
✅ Spread your intake evenly across the day for better muscle repair and energy.
