You’re struggling with how you see your body.

If every workout starts with
“I hate my body”
and every decision comes from frustration, guilt or feeling like you’re not enough


it’s not going to last.

Because discipline built on self-criticism always runs out.

That’s why you keep falling off.
That’s why you lose motivation.
That’s why you feel like you’re starting again every Monday.

The women who actually change their bodies?

They don’t train from hate.
They train from self-respect.

They eat to feel good.
They train to feel strong.
They show up because they value themselves — not punish themselves.

You don’t need to love your body yet.

But you do need to stop treating it like the enemy.

If you’re always hungry when you’re trying to lose weight
 it’s not a willpower problem.

It’s usually because your meals aren’t actually keeping you full.

Most women are:
– picking at food
– skipping proper meals
– or building meals around carbs and snacks


and then wondering why they’re constantly thinking about food.

Try this instead:

Build your meals around protein + fibre first

That looks like:
– eggs, oats + berries
– chicken or tofu + veg + carbs
– salmon, potatoes + greens
– Greek yoghurt + fruit

Not perfect. Just balanced.

Because when your meals actually fill you up:
👉 you stop grazing
👉 you stop snacking constantly
👉 and fat loss becomes a lot easier to stick to

Simple, not restrictive.
