Soft lemon & blueberry protein slices 🍋🫐
These were a total happy accident — I literally chucked a few bits together and they somehow turned into the perfect little protein bake.
Proof that fuelling yourself doesn’t need to be complicated or boring.
Balanced ingredients, protein in, and something sweet that actually satisfies.
Rough ingredients used:
Bananas, eggs, oats, flour, protein powder, blueberries, nuts, a light lemon icing drizzle.
Rough macros:
Approx 10-12 per batch
Approx 115–125 cals
7–8g protein
12–13g carbs
4–5g fats
Ingredients:
• 2 medium bananas
• Truvia: 1 Tbsp
• Oats: 2 tbsp
• Flour: 2 tbsp
• Protein powder: 2 scoops (≈50g protein total)
• 2 medium eggs
• Blueberries: Large handful
• Nuts: Large handful
• Icing sugar + lemon drizzle: small amount
