PELLS POOL - an update

So we are due to close our sauna door when it closes for the season on November 30th.

We have absolutely loved our 2 seasons and we are very excited to announce that along with we will be building them their very own bespoke sauna to sit at the top of the pool.

It was been amazing to meet all the swimmers and warm them up after their swims and get to know all wonderful staff and it feels like the perfect end to our time at Pells Pool that we can pass on the sauna baton by designing and building them their own sauna.

We would like to thank all the swimmers and staff and cannot wait for the next chapter.

We have opened 20mins Final Blast weekend slots on 29th and 30th November for £5 so that more people can enjoy the last blast 💥

We will keep you updated with the sauna build and can’t wait to see you on the bench soon

Sauna Sessions

Sauna season is definitely upon us! Autumn chill is in the air, the rain ☔️ has come and the water is getting chilly.

Just a gentle reminder that we are getting booked up so if you want a sauna session you will need to plan in advance as it gets colder.

We are also hosting gentle Aufguss sessions at both our Seaford and Southwick saunas. These sessions are a gentle journey of awakening for the senses using heat, aromas and sounds in the sauna. Look out for these on the booking system.

At our Swanborough sauna we have changed all our sessions to either community or private sessions. This is because it’s becoming too cold to swim for any length of time and it means that you can swap your bookings between any location.

We also have some quiet sessions scheduled at our saunas you can find these when booking. They are the same price as a community sauna but just are a different button in the website.

WELL DONE!

We just want to say a huge well done to and from who have just competed in the championships at the Satma spa in Berlin yesterday.

They were runners up in the championships team category and are now competing on the international stage.

They are performing their incredibly brilliant and hilarious ‘Brits abroad’ routine.

We can’t wait to find out how it went and and they will be bringing this show back to Brighton at and
