Give your body the gift of release and renewal in this hands-on workshop designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance.
Led by experienced instructor David Woolley, this session blends the principles of Pilates with targeted myofascial release techniques using massage balls. Youโll learn how to gently release tightness in the fascia - the bodyโs connective tissue network - helping to free up movement, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and more aligned.
What to Expect:
โจ Guided ball techniques to release tension in common problem areas (neck, shoulders, back, hips, and feet)
โจ Pilates-based stretches and core movements to integrate the release into your posture and mobility
