Sundays just got more meaningful.
Starting this May, we’re introducing a new weekly - art Journaling.
Join Chihiro every Sunday for a gentle, reflective art journaling session - an opportunity to pause, look back on your week, and mindfully prepare for the one ahead.
Art journaling is a powerful way to express emotions that can be difficult to put into words. Through creative exploration, you’ll be able to release what feels held inside, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space.
Each session introduces a variety of simple art techniques such as mixed media painting, water colour, collage etc. to keep the process engaging every time.
Full approach is designed to make creativity feel effortless and manageable, helping you build a sustainable, healthy habit for your wellbeing.
You’re welcome to bring your own sketchbook, but all materials will be provided - so you can simply enjoy the process and, if you wish, continue adding to your journal at home.
We will also share gentle prompts and easy ways to record your thoughts and emotions, supporting you in cultivating a more positive and balanced mindset.
