👉 Sit tall in your chair
👉 Gently pull your shoulders back
👉 Slowly turn your upper body to one side
👉 Hold for 5–10 seconds
👉 Repeat on the other side
No forcing, no pain — just a gentle movement.
Doing this a couple of times a day can help ease stiffness and keep your back moving.
