CHAKRADANCE

Chakradance kids for 3-5 year olds (I may be able to have older kids too, I'm just checking with the Chakradance team)

Chakradance™ Kids is a modern day movement therapy modality, woven with ancient healing traditions that nurture the whole child.

Your facilitator Chloe, will be holding 2 magical mini journeys with Koko the Dragon, your little ones will help Koko find and rescue the missing rainbow crystals by dancing. Each crystal represents a chakra and the children will connect with their own energy centres during mission! Each journey is approximately 30 minutes, it's fun, calming & engaging whilst sharing valuable skills such as mindfulness & self-expression. Chakradance is the holistic approach to physical activities.

The children will explore movement, relaxation and art in this mini journey.

RAPÉH CEREMONY

Join Bruno & Amber in a circle to celebrate Indigenous culture and wisdom. Bruno has extensive experience with plant medicines from the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. This is an opportunity to learn about the jungle and its cultures and to have a direct experience with the sacred medicines of Rapéh.

Rapéh is a fine powder made from to***co and the ashes of medicinal plants. It helps bring focus and discipline into our lives with presence and precision. It’s applied into the nostrils with special instruments, the Curipe and Tepi.
