EMERGE: A SOUL DAY RETREAT - FULL LINE UP
EMERGE '26: We are heading into spring and our seasonal day retreat is returning for the rebirthing of Beltane. Think a spiritual wellness festival in a building, ceremonies and workshops, singing, yoga, breathwork, drumming circles, dances, meditation, sound baths, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and much more. All spread across our four magical spaces: The Temple, our main ceremonial space; The Womb, our downstairs sacred studio; Eden, our garden paradise; and the Cafe, the heart space of our hub.
Our day events are always sacred and special days of communion, community, conscious connection, and deeply healing experiences. With free access to our infrared sauna and hot tub throughout the day, these day retreats are a truly magical experience.

PRE-BOOK YOUR FOOD: If you would like to have lunch and/or dinner on the day, you must book them in advance when you book your ticket; you can then pay on arrival. This is the only way we can manage food at such a big event. There will be two choices for lunch and two choices for dinner, with vegan and gluten-free options available. The price for meals ranges between £8 - £12.50 depending on your choice. Drinks, healthy snacks, fruit, and cakes will also be available to purchase on the day. Please note: food brought from outside cannot be eaten in our café.
CHILDREN: Children aged 11 years old and under can come to our day retreat for free if accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. We will have some children's activities on throughout the day for young children in our kids’ play and learning space 'The Pod'. Please note some workshops may not be suitable for children or teenagers to attend, and this will be at the individual facilitator’s discretion. Use of our hot tub and infrared sauna is strictly for over 16s only.
IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT TICKETS: Tickets are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE except if the event is cancelled. This is the only way we can run this event and make it workable. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
You are welcome to sell your ticket on to another person if you can't attend. However, please email us before selling on any tickets, or the tickets will be void if sold on without us being made aware by the original ticket purchaser via email in advance. As we've had people scammed in relation to this before. In order to transfer a ticket, you need to contact us first with your details and the details of the people you are selling the tickets to via email at info@soulwellnesshub.com.

OTHER INFO: The spirit of this event is a 'wellness/spiritual festival in a building', where you come, go with the flow, spend time with other like-minded souls, and experience the magical vibe of the day while attending various offerings. There are multiple events happening simultaneously in our various spaces. Some of the workshops and offerings have limited numbers, due to room size or other restrictions, so there will be sign-up sheets on the door when you arrive. Some sessions may get booked up early on in the day; however, there is always something sacred and beautiful going on in one of the spaces which can be attended and enjoyed. Facilitator announcements happen on our socials in the weeks leading up to the event. The full schedule is released on our social media channels one week before the event; attendees will receive detailed information via email a couple of days before the event. Thank you for supporting this event; we keep the ticket prices as low as possible to make it accessible to all, and it raises funds for our non-profit CIC, helping us to put on regular free and donation-based events for the community, like our meditation drop-ins, our monthly Minister Temple offering, various men’s and women’s circles, and other community-related activities and offerings.
