Together we weave song, co-created earth art, ritual, open dialogue, and quiet reflection — creating a living tapestry of practices that help us imagine a way of being that moves us from service to self toward service to one another.

Children — the little humans — are warmly welcomed as contributing members of our collective village, free to play, connect, and participate in their own ways.

Neuro Rocking Release Therapy™ (NRRT™) is a somatic awareness type of therapy inspired by modern neuroscience and Eastern medicine and wisdom. Developed to help with C/PSTD, autism, anxiety, stress, depression, dissociative seizures, poor sleep, stroke, mental scatteredness and restlessness.

Medically-applied rocking consists of rocking the body in a way that produces bilateral brain stimulation. NRRT™ includes elements of Chinese medicine, Gestalt psychotherapy, medically-applied neuro-linguistic programming and vagus nerve stimulation. It encourages the receiver to become supple and surrender to the present moment, allowing them to notice their body (through movement) and the ways in which they are holding tension and trauma in different tissues of the body. Being aware of such holding patterns offers the receiver the opportunity to let go of the hold, and the benefits are profound.

The most predominant feedback received is: clear-headedness, improved focus and sleep, increased emotional resilience and “a deep sense of calm I had forgotten I had in me”.
