Martina Mamani, known as Siwar Qoyllur (“Messenger of the Star”), is an Andean Medicine Teacher and spiritual guide rooted in the Quechua tradition. She carries the wisdom, humility, and deep connection to Pachamama that are central to her lineage, while supporting Indigenous communities in the revival of ancestral rituals and traditional medicine. She also travels internationally, sharing Andean knowledge and advocating for the rights of Mother Earth.
Over this weekend, she offers two sacred gatherings:
🌿 Despacho Ceremony (Saturday, April 4th, 10am–6pm)
An ancient Andean ritual of reciprocity, where offerings such as coca leaves, fruits, grains, and flowers are given to the spirits of nature. Through this practice, participants enter a space of balance, harmony, and deep connection with the Earth and the spiritual world.
🌸 Womb Ceremony (Sunday, April 5th, 10am–6pm — women only)
A sacred space to reconnect with feminine energy, inner wisdom, and the cyclical rhythms of life. Through prayer, intention, and symbolic elements like flowers, this ceremony invites healing, remembrance, and transformation.
