EXPAND: A SOUL DAY RETREAT
EXPAND '26: Our seasonal day retreat festival is back, and we are heading into winter 2026. Our day events are always sacred and special days of communion and community with wonderful workshops, fascinating talks, conscious connection and deeply healing experiences. With free access to our infrared sauna, and hot tub throughout the day, these day retreats are a truly magical experience. Tickets are selling fast so grab yours below.

PRE BOOK YOUR FOOD: If you would like to have lunch and/or dinner on the day you must book them in advance when you book your ticket, you can then pay on arrival. This is the only way we can manage food at such a big event. There will be two choices for lunch, and two choices for dinner, with vegan and gluten free options available. Price for meals ranges between £8 - £12.50 depending on your choice. Drinks, healthy snacks, fruit, and cakes will also be available to purchase on the day. Please note: food brought from outside cannot be eaten in our cafe.
CHILDREN: Children aged 11 years old and under can come to our day retreat for free, if accompanied by a ticket holding adult, we will have some children's activities on throughout the day, for young children, in our kid's play and learning space 'The Pod'. Please note some workshops may not be suitable for children or teenagers to attend and this will be at the individual facilitators discretion. Use of our hot tub and infra red sauna is strictly for over 16's only.
IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT TICKETS: Tickets are NON–RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE except if the event is cancelled. This is the only way we can run this event and make it workable. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
You are welcome to sell your ticket on to another person if you can't attend. However please email us before selling on any tickets, or the tickets will be void if sold on without us being made aware by the original ticket purchaser via email in advance. As we've had people scammed in relation to this before. In order to transfer a ticket you need to contact us first with your details and the details of the people you are selling the tickets to via e-mail at info@soulwellnesshub.com
To avoid being scammed please do not buy tickets from someone else unless until you've received confirmation from us first.
