Join James Dearden Bush for Shamanic Breathwork this SUNDAY FEBUARY 8TH at 18:00 - 20:30
Take a journey into the heart of the breath as we hold a powerful and loving space to consciously connect with our bodies and breath using the technique of holotropic breathwork.
In this shamanic approach to breathing, we use the breath to move into altered states of consciousness, helping facilitate profound multi-levelled healing.
This type of breathwork can bring about an incredible transformation in peoples lives from jut one session. This deep breathing practice allows the releasing of old trauma patterns, and energies stored in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. You may also experience visionary states of consciousness, spontaneous vocalisations, bliss states, deep peace and joy, release of sadness, and anger etc.
Breathwork is also believed to increase endogenously produced DMT. This helps facilitate a higher degree of neuroplasticity in the brain, allowing us to change deep-seated and old neural pathways during the breathwork journey, helping to making long-lasting and permanent changes in our perception, and therefore changes in our life.
Music will guide the breathing process, with the addition of live shamanic drumming and rattles, as a powerful heart centred and safe open space is held for whatever you need experience. Intuitively guided energy and hands on healing will be given during the session, and a loving heart centred space will be held for setting intentions before the journey and for sharing afterwards.
