Life happened to each of us once. Since then, we have been living our days. Some days are painted in bright colors, some will be gray and gloomy for us. And sometimes there are days that we wish did not exist at all. Days that leave a scar on the heart.

Living days consciously is a gift that each of us is given at birth. We do not know how many days we will live. We cannot influence many things that life offers us. But if life continues with us today, this is already a reason to appreciate every fragment of it.

I choose to live emotionally difficult days alone with myself and my thoughts. To feel life with every cell of my body and to be grateful.

And when I gather resources for myself, I am ready to share with you. I thank everyone who waited for my return with respect for my choice.

My story

Hi, i'm Maria an Italian living in UK,very busy mum of a little girl who loves fitness and good food,especially fresh and home made.

Sport has always been a part of my life, after giving birth i took some kilos that didn't make me feel comfortable.that's why i decided to take my shape back .

I haven't looked back!

I feel better both physically and mentally and happier all around.
