After such a busy week, last night’s Unwind from the Grind felt like the perfect reset.
A small, calm group, some simple nervous system relaxation, and a slow guided meditation to let the week go.
By the end of the session the whole room felt lighter, and it was lovely hearing everyone share the peaceful places they’d gone to in their minds. These moments of stillness are exactly why I love running these evenings.
