Random thought for the day:

I’ve just been reading about derealisation. In very short terms this is various levels of detachment from reality that a person can experience.

Knowing then that we are spiritual beings in physical bodies, we need spiritual maintenance sometimes even if we don’t realise it.

If you are spiritually aware, you actively take time to heal, grow etc but if you don’t, what if you simply experience derealisation until you’re ready to rejoin society?

Just a ponder haha, let me know what you think xx
