This morning our residents enjoyed a truly lovely visit to The Pantry in Gedney Hill ☕🍰
What a hidden gem! This beautiful little coffee shop, set on a campsite and surrounded by friendly farmyard animals, is the perfect spot for a relaxing outing. It’s a wonderful family-run business with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere — and the cakes were absolutely amazing!
A definite highlight of the trip was meeting the alpacas 🦙 Our residents loved being able to stroke and feed them — there were plenty of smiles all round!
Thank you to the fantastic team at The Pantry for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to visit again 💛 thepantryatgedneyhill

Our Story

St John's is a specialist dementia care home situated in the heart of the market town of Spalding. Set in a large mature garden the home has been recently refurbished to include it’s own themed pub, cafe, hair dressing salon and luxurious lounge and dining room. Our Well-being and Activity Coordinators provide meaningful opportunities in a positive active environment where residents and family can take part and enjoy events, activities and hobbies.
