Me & little sister went to Norfolk Paint Parties event last night and had a great time.
Came away with a lovely little addition to the treatment room's Christmas decorations for you to enjoy.

Here is a preview of the treatment room all ready for some lovely Pre Christmas Treatments. Hi my name is Michelle and my business is Reflexology Angel. I have been qualified as a reflexologist for over 10 years and I am based in Sutton Bridge, Spalding which is located on the Lincolnshire, Norfolk & Cambridgeshire border. I have just completed the most exciting training in my career to date of the award winning Advanced Facial Reflexology – Bergman Method and I just wanted to tell you a little bit more about this wonderful treatment.

Feeling ready for some relaxation time?
Reflexology is 100% a fantastic way to relax.
At your first appointment there will be a short consultation where I can find out if you have anything in particular that you would like for me to focus on during the treatment i.e sciatica, IBS, planter fasciitis, post op recovery, migraines, back pain, arthritis, stress the list goes on..
Even if your condition has been there for some time you should expect to see results even after the first session!
To build on the first treatment I recommend a second appointment within 2 weeks but there are no fixed rules and even if you experience reflexology just the once I am confident you won’t be disappointed.
If you are not keen on a treatment on your feet just let me know and we can adapt the treatment to a suitable combination of hand reflexology, ear reflexology or head reflexology and very soon facial reflexology.
With a 45 Minute Treatment available for £25 you can afford to treat yourself.
1hr Reflexology is £35. I am based in Sutton Bridge and you will receive the treatment on a specialist electric couch which is adjustable and very comfortable in a homely environment.

30 Minute Facial Reflexology

This beautiful treatment is focused on facial reflexology points to de-stress and bring about a feeling of well-being.
The treatment begins with some warm towels to make you feel instantly relaxed and at ease and by the end of the routine you will feel deeply relaxed and calm.

Today we had a retreat day at a beautiful Shepherd’s Hut in Walpole St Andew, but honestly we could have easily travelled miles for such a treat.
The space is very inviting, chilled and just gorgeous.
As we all lead such busy lives I also want to share this space with my clients so exclusively for Reflexology Angel clients you can book this space to spend just the day or even overnight Tuesday-Friday’s depending on availability and of course you can enjoy a reflexology treatment at the same time!
Sometimes we can easily miss what is right on our doorstep and this space has everything you need and more.

What a brilliant experience today of my first Aura Photo Reading.
It was uplifting, fascinating and a beautiful way to connect with your Aura.
Maybe you have never heard of an Aura Photo?
Well I am hoping to change that.
I am manifesting to make this part of my business journey and would love to invest in a modern Aura reader from America and with newer technology the photo result is high definition and captures the reading perfectly and would be the ultimate “Me” photo.
So it’s time to keep working hard and saving up for this new dream.
