Passionate to provide a service like no other, Cheryl and her daughter Annica, who have over 35 years of combined experience in the optical trade, both believe that you, as an individual, deserve excellent eyecare.
Opening her own opticians in 2008 was a dream come true for Cheryl. She is now able to offer professional eyecare the way she wanted to... in a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment.
Joining Cheryl in 2010, Annica went on to complete her degree to become a Dispensing Optician in 2015. The mother-daughter partnership, along with their dedicated optical team including Gary Pullan (Optometrist), Linzi, Laura and Tina (Optical Assistants), deliver eyecare without compromises. Cheryl says "We continue to invest in technology to ensure you will receive the most informative eyecare, this along with our friendly customer service is paramount to me.
We offer 45 minute eye health and vision checks, which can include advanced OCT eye health scans, an appointment which is nearly double in time to an average test time. At Clark Family Eyecare we want you to feel at home, have time to ask questions and understand your eye health.
Choosing eyewear we apply the same principles. Trained to understand facial features and how to dress the face with frames both Cheryl and Annica are there to offer you their styling advice. Believing that spectacles are not just a medical device, and should be seen as a fashion choice, Annica is keen to match frames to your personality, colouring, style and prescription. ‘We always want a frame to fit perfectly, compliment facial features and be an expression of who you are whilst keeping the frame wearable on a daily basis-unless of course you choose a few different ones.
Local Car parks are free and Donington offers some other lovely shops, including a cafe and a pub to visit whilst in the Village. There really is no other way to experience eyecare without the hustle and bustle of travelling in to town.
