💬 Consultation Policy Update 🤍

Okay… a little moan (said with love, of course) 💋

As most of you know, I offer free consultations at Idun Aesthetics — which not many places do anymore. I do this because I think everyone deserves the chance to chat about their goals, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit before going ahead with treatment. I am offering my time, knowledge, and advice for free.

But lately, I’ve had quite a few people booking consultations and then… disappearing 🫠
No message, no cancellation, just a no-show.
Meanwhile, I’m sat with an empty slot that someone who genuinely wanted an appointment could have had.

I totally understand that life happens — things come up, plans change. But it literally takes two seconds to send a quick message. I promise I don’t bite 😅

So, with it being the busiest time of the year, I have to protect my diary and keep appointment spaces open for people who actually want them.

From now on, I’ll be taking a £30 consultation deposit:
💰 It’s deducted from your treatment if you go ahead.
💰 Or refunded in full if you don’t.

So basically, it’s still free if you show up — it just makes things fair for everyone.

To my lovely clients who always turn up, communicate and respect my time — thank you 🤍 you’re the reason I love what I do.
For everyone else… manners are free too 😉
