✨ A quick update from me… ✨

Apologies for the slower responses today — I’ve been at Addenbrooke’s with my son Jamie for an important appointment. ❤️

But the good news is definitely worth the wait…
After 13 years, Jamie has now been officially discharged! His consultants are thrilled with his progress since his surgeries, and he no longer needs regular monitoring. His Hb is stable, the hemolytic crises are behind him, and although he’ll always have Spherocytosis, it shouldn’t affect his everyday life anymore. 💛

It’s been a long journey, and we’re so relieved and incredibly proud of how far he’s come.

And the bonus?
Spending less time at Addenbrooke’s means I can spend more time doing treatments for you lovely lot! 💉✨

💬 Consultation Policy Update 🤍

Okay… a little moan (said with love, of course) 💋

As most of you know, I offer free consultations at Idun Aesthetics — which not many places do anymore. I do this because I think everyone deserves the chance to chat about their goals, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit before going ahead with treatment. I am offering my time, knowledge, and advice for free.

But lately, I’ve had quite a few people booking consultations and then… disappearing 🫠
No message, no cancellation, just a no-show.
Meanwhile, I’m sat with an empty slot that someone who genuinely wanted an appointment could have had.

I totally understand that life happens — things come up, plans change. But it literally takes two seconds to send a quick message. I promise I don’t bite 😅

So, with it being the busiest time of the year, I have to protect my diary and keep appointment spaces open for people who actually want them.

From now on, I’ll be taking a £30 consultation deposit:
💰 It’s deducted from your treatment if you go ahead.
💰 Or refunded in full if you don’t.

So basically, it’s still free if you show up — it just makes things fair for everyone.

To my lovely clients who always turn up, communicate and respect my time — thank you 🤍 you’re the reason I love what I do.
