The sunshine just makes me think of bbq and burgers so whats better than a super quick dinner with all the feels of the bbq, and very little washing up! 🤣

Here is my burger on a plate (the official dish is called burger in a bowl but there's no way that lot would fit in a bowl 😅)

And obviously all burgers need to be topped with cheese 🧀 😋

I've been thinking about this all afternoon while ive been at the park with the minis, so get in my belly 🍽

Being a Slimming World consultant gives me freedom to work where and when I need to (apart from group times 🤣) so today we have adapted working hours so I can enjoy breakfast out with the mini people and friends, a shopping trip and a an hour or 2 spent at the park,

This is definitely work life balance that is essential for my happiness 😊

This pasta sauce is 49p from Aldi UK and best bit is that even my picky eaters enjoy it
