There are four distinct aspects to our work; each has its own value and together they provide a comprehensive package to help you with your physical well-being, your fitness, your balance and physical strength and your self concept and motivation:

Therapeutic Massage realigns tissues, thus improving your posture and daily function. Fitness Walking is ideal exercise for everyone – whatever your age and fitness level. Tai Chi Qigong gently improves balance, coordination and muscle tone. Personal Development Coaching helps you clarify your goals, and gives you strategies to make the best of your life.
