About Us
Mike has been involved in sporting activity all his life, from athletics to playing rugby, basketball, triathlon to finishing his competitive sporting activity road cycling. The love of sport was Mike’s main drive and the reason he chose to qualify as a sports massage therapist. He has a major interest in how people move and maintain function. Mike teaches the movement and handling of people as well as inanimate objects for the NHS alongside also being a fitness walking instructor and having an advanced diploma in wellbeing, fitness, and Nordic Walking.
