Did you miss our news at the weekend…?🧡

We have now gone past £4,000 that we have raised for Talk Stick!
Through donations, our shirt and hoodies sales and spreading the word we have raised this incredible amount of money so far.

This initiative is all about creating safe spaces and support systems for the men in our hockey community—a place where everyone can feel comfortable to share, listen, and support one another.

This project was born out of a deeply personal place, following the tragic loss of friends and teammates within the Lincolnshire hockey community to su***de. We’re determined to make a difference, and with your support, we hope to prevent further heartbreak.

We still have so many plans that we want to turn into fruition in the future and keep the name Talk Stick being heard around the country and for all hockey people! 🏑🧡

Talk Stick are heading to Skegness again this year for 2026!! Thank you so much Next Level Coaching for allowing a mens side to play in the tournament.

If you want to play for the Talk Stick side come on down Easter weekend to Skegness and join in! It’s a fun full weekend with lots of hockey to be played.

This is a charity community team where anyone is welcome to play. We want to fill it with players from clubs around Lincolnshire and even further afield. Can hockey people share and spread awareness of the project and pending availability get involved at Skegness festival to raise even more money for other charitable causes.

Alternatively message Next level Coaching or comment on this post! We want to keep spreading the word, spreading the orange and continuing the name Talk Stick to be heard. What better way than a burger…a pint…and some hockey! 🏑🧡

Followers, friends we need your help!!! It won’t take you long 🙏

We are a year into the project “Talk Stick”. When we started this project we did not expect the response, kindness and support of everyone for what Talk Stick stands for.

We have done so much in our time as a project and we are not slowing down or stopping! We have more plans in 2026 and continue to aim to “break the silence” to ensure no more loved ones are lost in the hockey community.

As with any project, we rely heavily on donations and funding to run. Our funders want to hear from Talk Stick and the people that support our project!

So please…it will take 5mins of your evening can you fill in this short survey!

You do not have had to attend a Talk Stick session to complete this survey you could be a friend, a family member, just follow our story or have bought a t shirt!
Any feedback is valuable and shows our funders what we do is worthwhile and will continue to make a difference!
