Amazing day in my little cabin, hopi ear candles (that time of year again 😉), massage, hot stone massage and the lovely healing Reiki.

For thoes of you that have never had Reiki please feel free to drop me a line with any questions, no matter how silly you think they may seem someone else I promise has already asked😉 its the most wonderful relaxing treatment, lay on the heated bed tucked under a fluffy blanket, while I rest my hands gently working from your head to your toes, this beautiful non invasive treatment amazes me everytime with how it quite simply just makes us feel better, encouraging healing for body and mind it is the perfect way to escape busy times and give something quite magical back to youself 💜
