Spalding PCN are proud to be collaborating with a variety of organisation to host a free NHS Health Event in Spalding Offers Support for all ages, on Friday, November 28th, 2025
You are invited to a free community health event in Spalding, offering access to NHS and Care services including health checks and expert advice—all in one place.
The event, called “Fit For Future”, is organised by Spalding Primary Care Network (PCN) in partnership with the NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB), Project St Thomas, and Beechfield Medical Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG).
It will run from 10am to 3pm across two nearby venues: Project St Thomas Hall and St Norberts Church, both on St Thomas Road, Spalding PE11 2XX.
What’s on offer:
• Free health checks throughout the day
• Free Flu vaccinations from 12:30pm to 3pm for eligible residents
• Help registering with a GP if you’re not currently registered
• Expert advice from NHS and care teams covering:
o Dental care
o Mental health
o Post-Covid recovery
o Cancer support
o Adult Social Care
o Housing
o Autism services
o Functional Neurological Disorder
o Carer support
o Sensory services
o Talking therapies
o Respiratory Team
o And more
Educational talks will take place every half hour, covering topics such as:
• Cancer support in Lincolnshire
• Mental health awareness
• Functional Neurological Disorder
• Age-friendly communities
• Nutrition and healthy habits
• Toilet troubles
• Legal and financial planning for care
• Physiotherapy demonstrations from 12:30pm
Accessibility and extras:
• Disabled parking available on-site; all other visitors should use nearby public car parks like Victoria Street
• Free translation services for Lithuanian, Polish and Russian speakers from 10am to 12pm, provided by the Polish Help Centre
• Refreshments available for purchase between 11am and 2pm
The event is timed to allow residents to attend before heading into town for the Christmas Lights switch-on at 4pm, making it a perfect day to focus on health and enjoy festive fun.
