✨ Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨

To keep things running smoothly and ensure fairness for all our patients, we have updated our booking policy.

🕒 Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
💳 Deposits are non-refundable, but if enough notice is given, they can be moved to your next booking.
🚫 No-shows will result in the full treatment fee being required before any future bookings.
💉 Most consultations now require a non-refundable deposit, redeemable against your treatment when you go ahead.

We hope this helps keep things clear and fair for everyone 🤍

We are looking for a model for FRIDAY 14th NOVEMBER! (Sorry I wrote Tuesday in original post) 🙈

Must be fit and healthy (We will need to do a face to face consultation before Tuesday)

Happy to have various treatments of HarmoncyCA and Juverderm to areas of the face recommended by us (specifically the lower face and neck)

The chosen model will be injected by our nurse Lyndsey as part of a skill development / mentoring day (Lyndsey our nurse is already very skilled and has has 8 years experience in medical aesthetics)

Must agree for us to share before and after photos on social media platforms

Must be available to travel to Middlesbrough Tuesday
