ADVANCED NOTICE

There will be NO Night Light Café Spilsby on Wednesday 5th November, as our team will be supporting the Rotary Club of Spilsby with their annual fireworks display. We believe partnership work is so important, anything we can do to support other local clubs and projects, will only bless & enhance the services we can offer to our community.

Although we don't open on a Sunday, our sister cafe, Night Light Café Skegness will be. Why not head on down and meet our Skegness team for a relaxed evening of company, laughter, crafts/games, all in a safe space 💚

The Night Light Café exists to provide a listening ear and some evening company for people who are finding life difficult. .

We offer a safe space to anyone who needs a non-judgemental, friendly chat, wellbeing support, in a non-clinical environment.
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, isolation or fear please do pop in. The Night Light service is open Wednesday and Friday evenings, 5pm until 8pm. Our team are trained and here to help.

You don't need to book in, however if you feel nervous about coming in for the first time, please call 07939092585, leave your name and when you might want to pop in so a member of the team can greet you.

Please note that due to safeguarding reasons, this service is currently for over 18s only

Just over 24 hours to go and our next Night Light Café session will be open from 5pm, where a warm welcome awaits. The kettle is always on, we have a variety of games, crafts or the opportunity to simply sit and talk with friends (old and new)

Our team are on hand to offer support and guidance too. We always have at least 1 Mental Health First Aider on session; sometimes our Community Connectors join us too.

Not sure what to expect? No worries! Drop us a DM or simply come along and grab a brew and a chat. You don't need to talk, but a few hours out of the house may do you the world of good.
