Our mid-week workshop this time was all about facing fears, embracing playfulness in our practice, and building confidence in inversions.

As adults, we often lose touch with our playful side , forgetting how much we’re capable of when we allow ourselves to explore and experiment. This 90 minute workshop created space to move beyond hesitation, reconnect with curiosity, and discover strength through lighthearted practice with the help of cheerleading each other on 🤸🏼‍♀️
