We’re incredibly grateful to Walk & Talk 4 Men for choosing to fundraise in support of Wellbeing Wednesday through the Citizen Hub this January.

Walk & Talk 4 Men has created a powerful movement that enables men to connect, talk openly and support one another. Over time, that work has strengthened wellbeing across our whole community, and we’re proud to be working alongside them.

Their commitment is both generous and practical:
• £500 from existing funds to help kickstart the January launch
• A fundraising target of £3,000
• A clear, transparent approach, what is raised is what is given

This support helps ensure that the funds raised stay local, creating visible and lasting impact for people in St Neots.

Partnerships like this are what make Wellbeing Wednesday possible.

Christmas and the holiday season may be joyful for some, painful or heavy for others. If you are struggling, please know that support is available. Our waiting list for low cost counselling is open with a view to taking new bookings in the new year. Open to adults 18+ in the St Neots area, sessions are only £10 each (maximum 6 sessions) and can be delivered face-to-face, online or by telephone.

So if this holiday time is presenting challenges, or if you’ve been experiencing anxiety, low mood, confidence or self-esteem issues, relationship or family difficulties for a while, talking to someone could make a difference. Take the plunge and reach out, you deserve support.
