If you can’t get to sleep at night, and lay there waiting for the chatter in your head to calm down. Or if you manage to get to sleep but perpetually wake up during the early hours, laying there trying not to overthink the day ahead feeling anxious. Or possibly you sleep reasonably well, but in the morning you have no energy, are feeling anxious or agitated. Then you are probably living with a full stress bucket.
