I’m so proud of the supportive, uplifting community we have here in St Neots, and grateful to be part of it.

And when January comes… there’s no pressure, no judgement and no “perfect start” needed.

Christmas traditions don’t have to cost you your progress 🎄✨

Christmas Eve is always Domino’s night in our house — a tradition the kids love (as its their favourite treat) ❤️

Although I will be enjoying treats over Christmas, this year, I chose not to let that tradition knock me off track.

With 4 stone gone this year, I’m reminding myself that progress doesn’t come from perfection… it comes from choices.

So yes — we still had Domino’s 🙌
Just with mindful, in-control swaps:

✨ Loaded Veg with chicken – 3.5 syns
✨ 2 spicy chicken wings – 1.5 syns each

Total: just 6.5 syns

Enjoyed, satisfied, and still moving forward 💪

Because Christmas is about memories — not regret — and you can enjoy it while protecting the results you’ve worked so hard for 🌟

Small choices. Big belief. Amazing results. 💖

Just a reminder our pre Christmas group this week has move to Monday (tomorrow) we are at the Bowls Club, and 3 sessions to choose from, come to whichever session suits you best.
