HeatingSave

HeatingSave Save 20-to-30%+ off your heating and energy bills with a HeatingSave building energy management system.

HeatingSave is a smart building energy management system capable of better running any building more efficiently, cutting costs and improving security. Allowing you to manage your buildings infrastructure and security from one system, HeatingSave is scalable from a one-bedroom flat to a large estate of complex buildings. With added algorithms that optimise the energy performance of the heating, air conditioning, electricity consumption and lighting, HeatingSave drastically reduces wasted fuel and energy, cuts the cost of your utility bills and lowers CO2 emissions, reducing one’s carbon footprint (thereby being a perfect tool in the continuing struggle to tackle the climate emergency), all whilst maintaining personal comfort conditions. With a proven track record of achieving savings, the HeatingSave BEMS comes with a full suite of ready-to-use software applications for both web and mobile, that store minute-by-minute transactions and real-time energy consumption updates, providing you with the data necessary to control all aspects of the building energy usage and building performance.

DID YOU KNOW? Turning up the thermostat does not heat your building faster.

The thermostat controls the temperature you want to reach, not how fast it gets there. No matter the set temperature, the heating system heats up at the same rate.

You can use thermostatic radiator valves to help rooms remain at the desired temperature. Thermostatic radiator valves can be used to split rooms or areas into individual heating zones, meaning that heating can be turned on in occupied areas and turned off in unoccupied areas.

HeatingSave is proud to have several systems included on the Energy Technology List (ETL), a scheme backed by the UK Government highlighting products that have met a robust set of criteria and are in the top 25% of the market for energy efficiency in their class.
With over 8,000 listed products and 62 sub-technologies the ETL is one of the world’s largest databases of top performing energy-efficient products.
The ETL is backed by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), who annually review the qualifying technologies and systems, which ensures the list is up-to-date and enables consumers to easily browse and compare the very best energy efficient solutions – which in turn helps UK businesses and the public to make greener energy choices.

5 ways your business could save on energy bills

• Reduce heat loss – find out where your office loses the most heat and modify the environment accordingly.
• Control lighting in unused rooms – simple but effective, with noticeable savings; use LED lighting for additional savings.
• Manage heating according to occupancy – no need to heat empty rooms so switch it off if no-one’s there.
• Fit thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) – each radiator can be heated individually as required.
• Monitor your energy use – find out accurate data about your energy usage and see when you use the most energy.

HeatingSave can help with all of these! Our heat loss algorithm calculates a heat loss profile, occupancy sensors control lighting, the Room Booking System manages heating based on room use, our wired TRVs are highly reliable and convenient, and our web-based FairUsage Energy Management System lets you monitor everything from your smartphone. Not only that, but it can monitor and help to reduce your carbon output too!

Lower energy usage doesn’t have to mean colder rooms. With HeatingSave, you can keep spaces warm without running the heating too early or for too long.

HeatingSave learns how long your building takes to warm up, how quickly it cools down, and remembers when heating is typically needed. It uses this to control the system with greater precision, reducing excess energy usage while maintaining comfortable temperatures.

Room bookings can change constantly, while the heating schedule usually doesn’t.

There’s no point in having a busy booking schedule that constantly gets used, at the cost of a heating bill that doesn’t react to the changing circumstances.

A fixed schedule can’t adapt, while manual changes require time and effort.

HeatingSave automatically adapts your heating around the times rooms are in-use, saving you money while keeping room temperatures comfortable.

Cold winter weather often causes energy spikes, especially in the early hours of the morning.

When heating controls don't adapt to changing conditions, systems overreact to temperature drops by running for longer periods or at a greater intensity.

HeatingSave use adaptive control, so your heating systems respond to how your building actually behaves, not fixed assumptions.

You cannot control taxes, levies, or energy costs.

However you can control how much energy your building wastes... but only if you know how much it is wasting!

HeatingSave helps companies to reduce their energy wastage by improving heating control and monitoring heat loss.

Having a frozen pipe can be expensive but is usually avoidable. Most systems will either overheat all winter or leave the pipes unprotected.

HeatingSave monitors temperatures in vulnerable zones and only applies the heating when freezing is likely. Your pipes will stay protected without needlessly heating the whole building.

This reduces repair risks, avoids unnecessary boiler usage, and keeps your winter costs down.
