It's been a mega March so far. . . .
🔥411 lbs lost - that's just over 29 stones or just under 188kg🔥

🔥4 New Target members - Rarda, Sarah, John, Bex
🔥4 New Diamond Target members (1 years at Target) - Mandy, Julie, Richard, Sharon
🔥2 New Slim for Life members (First 12 weeks at Target) - Nikki, Bethan
🔥10 CLUB 10 awards - losing 10% of your starting weight (officially reducing their risk of heart attack, cancer, stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression and joint issues)
🔥4 Years at Target for Hazel (she's started lifting!), Anita
🔥Fitness goals smashed at Parkrun (walking and running), Bootcamp, cold water swimming, Couch25K (walking and running), walking, hoe down dancing, the gym
🔥Two Together Competition showcasing the power of support and working to a common goal
🔥Delicious food that filled our tummies and made us smile

Well, that was a full on weekend!
Fitness Fiesta in Hemsby with hundreds of nutters with massive energy.
Back to back classes and even squeezed in a 'tourist' parkrun and fancy dress night 🐞🤣
Welcomed by 12 local dragon boaters into their group, I had a ball! Thank you 💗
Weight loss has given me so much more that smaller clothes, I adore feeling fit, energetic, strong and happy. Exercise is definitely my drug!
