At A Smith Medical Aesthetics, patient safety and wellbeing always come first. There are a few reasons I might advise against going ahead with a treatment:

1️⃣ Safety First – Your health is my top priority. If a treatment isn’t suitable or safe for you, I will always say no.

2️⃣ Mental Health – I consider your emotional and psychological wellbeing. Treatments aren’t just about appearance; feeling ready and confident matters too.

3️⃣ Financial Means – It’s important that you feel comfortable with the investment. I won’t encourage treatments if it would cause stress or financial strain.

4️⃣ Managing Expectations – Realistic outcomes are key. I’ll only go ahead if I know you’ll be happy with what’s achievable.

This patient disliked the ridge (dorsal hump) along his nose, which appeared more prominent from the side. Using precise dermal filler placement, I was able to smooth the nasal profile and subtly lift the tip while maintaining a masculine shape, as requested.

This treatment provides immediate results with minimal downtime, and the outcome can last around 12–18 months, depending on individual factors.
