Repetition in movement isn’t just about building physical strength
It’s about training the brain too 😉
You see… when we repeat familiar movement patterns, we strengthen neural pathways that can help improve coordination, balance, and focus 🧘🏻♀️
AND…
Neuroscience shows us that consistent, mindful repetition helps the brain create and reinforce connections between mind and body, turning effort into ease (Sthira + Sukha)
So… over time, what once felt challenging becomes fluid - the ultimate proof that through repetition, both body and mind find their flow ✨ pretty sweet right!
