All carers and support workers at Acadia Support Services Ltd undergo an intensive interview, reference checked and vetted through Enhanced DBS, thereby fully adhering to the minimum requirement set out by CQC regulations.

We follow an open-door policy and positive work environment. We run the Rota system on a schedule that is 6 weeks in advance, on a fortnightly weekend rotating basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and empathic like-minded individuals, who at the end of the day finds joy in helping others.

The job role in question will begin as part time but has room for growth. The requirements of the job role are:
- experience working as a support worker or in the healthcare industry
- must drive / hold valid driving license
- reference check
- able to work either from morning until lunch or afternoon until evening
- able to work rotating weekends
- on-call responsibilities
- positive and enthusiastic attitude
- able to start work by Mid-December
